Catalina is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES and FAMILIES who seek help with, but not limited to, the following issues: Substance Abuse/Recovery, Family Conflict, Marriage/Couple Conflict, Parent-Child Issues, Grief/Loss, Emotional Distress, Anxiety/Depression/Anger, Self-Esteem and others. Catalina’s goal is to provide her clients with a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment where they can explore new solutions and gain the tools to cope with life’s challenges in a more effective manner.
Every client’s life story is UNIQUE, therefore, she takes an INDIVIDUALIZED approach to therapy that allows her to meet clients where they are, identify their innate strengths, and help them construct meaningful relationships and a fulfilling life.
Catalina is passionate about listening to people’s life stories and helping them learn how to best navigate the most important and complex relationships in their lives.
