Find Refuge Through Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centers in Ohio and Florida

The beautiful rolling hills and sparkling lakes of Ohio are one of the greatest attributes of the Midwest. Stretching from the Appalachian Mountains to Lake Erie, the state of Ohio is filled with meaningful culture, national parks, and 11.69 million people, many of whom suffer from the loneliness of drug and alcohol addiction. What many don’t realize is they are not alone, and there is hope for real change. The growing drug problem all across Ohio involves both drug and alcohol abuse with 4,293 reported overdose deaths in 2017. Fortunately, United Recovery Project in Florida offers specialized care to those who may be looking outside of the drug rehab centers in Ohio and need a fresh start.

2017 Ohio Drug and Alcohol Abuse Statistics

  • 947 deaths caused by prescription drugs
  • 25% increase in deaths involving synthetic opioids other than methadone
  • 3% of people between 18-44 that engage in excessive drinking
  • 3% of college students that participate in excessive drinking
  • 20% increase in the number of fatal drug overdoses in Ohio
  • 3431 people died due to the use of synthetic opioid fentanyl
  • 39% increase in cocaine-related drugs

As you can see, the Ohio drug problem doesn’t discriminate against anyone, and is a huge problem for many. Drug and alcoholism can be a family disease that affects family members just as much as the person suffering, but there is still hope. If you or a loved one is struggling with substance abuse, there are plenty of resources at United Recovery Project.

What to Expect

Once you have decided to participate in either our partial-day program or inpatient rehab center, you will undergo a pre-assessment to confirm that you are a clinically appropriate fit. You’ll meet with the Clinical Director or your Primary Therapist who will assess your needs to create a customized treatment plan. Clients usually participate in our drug and alcohol rehabilitation for a minimum of 30 days, though you can extend your stay if needed. When you get to the end of the program, our clinical team will create an aftercare plan so you can continue your healing through resources in your home community and find true happiness. This will ensure that you have a strong support group and continue to progress on your own. Our substance abuse treatment centers will help you rebuild your life and use your fresh start to create a new life full of value, passion, and purpose. Even though a significant amount of change is happening inside of you, we help you stay true to who you are and become the best version of yourself through a customized treatment plan. Because a reliable support system has been proven time and time again to be the primary defense against relapse, we are here for you every single step of the way.
